This is my second year participating in the Mississippi Riverscapes - Rivers Project Plein Air Competition, which highlights public parks in Missouri/Illinois through plein air painting. I spent the month of May going out to paint at 8 featured United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Rivers Project Recreation areas.
